"To succeed in design you must first learn to understand people. Designing with and not for people is an important approach. During this session Stephanie Douglass will discuss how to find what truly matters to clients and where the real value is. Session attendees will learn to ask different questions to easily and effectively move beyond basic assumptions and learn what clients really need through design.[endshort]
